I tried buying PSA's from TC ECA, majority of them are INACTIVE but some did manage to reach EA but still i'm not sure if they would continue. So for me, I would say yes, you may buy PSA's if you have the budget. Because if you want to sponsor PSA's yourself by advertising then you will also spend some money and results are almost the same. I have also tried free ads, results are much less because it's free. By social media like facebook, we can't use SFI gateways it's blocked. You might want to consider the S-Builder Co-op, technically is just the same as buying PSA's. But in the co-op you will start receiving sign ups from 4-5 weeks, around 4-8 PSA's on the co-op month you've joined, see the reviews.
