When the question is, ‘What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs?’, the second part of the question, ‘how often’ becomes irrelevant. ‘Stay in contact’ implies continuation of contact. Then the answer is ,’Constantly’ Yes it augers well if both, the sponsors and the affiliates stay constantly connected.
Once we understand the significance of contact, which in this context means communication, then we should elaborate it. What kind of communication?
A communication with the affiliates need not be always of general nature like team mails on motivation, inspiration and tips. These if sent often may be resented by some because team mails go to all affiliates, new and old.
When a congratulatory message goes to the affiliates who advanced to the next level, will they resent it?
If the communication is a ‘Gift certificate’, as recognition of certain achievement, will it be resented?
When the communication is a suggestion of options available to advance to the next level, or to re-qualify as EA, will it be resented?
If you communicate a contest where anyone from the downline can participate and benefit, will it be considered a nuisance?
Therefore our contact/communication to our PSAs and CSAs, in correct context should be constant as per the situations demand.
Best way is to use team mails and social media for communication of general nature, and individual mailing, genealogy chat.social media chat and skype for specific messages.
