I joined SFI since 2010 but have been inactive until last year December and I am in my 2nd month with SFI now and still learning from my own experience. I have gathered some strategies and been learning to apply them everytime.. I am also in a tight budget but then its only a matter on how you apply small resources to gain bigger results. ENCOURAGEMENT, PATIENCE and PERSEVERANCE are the keys to succeed WITH YOUR PSAs AND CSAs.
Some best ways that I have used and worked for me is:
1. Keep encouraging them by just sending both PSAs and CSAs message/emails/Team, also Chats with them whenever you notice anyone online, for sure someone if not all of them would get the attention you need.
But before doing the above I will advice that you have to know what SFI is all about yourself therefore, read and study the SFI Basic, LaunchPad, and Forum. There are sufficient amount of information there that could help you run the business on your own. You just have to understand every single bit of information there and learn to apply them in your SFI business. By so doing you will be able to impact such knowledge with your PSAs and CSAs and that will also help you to answer any questions from your PSAs and CSAs.
2. Communicating with your a2a friends will also help you to acquire more better ways to contact your PSA and CSA. Your a2a friends would be a great help for you in terms of advises and encouragement, so start communicating with them. They can as well share with you their best practices. And last but not the least, visit the Forum. There are a lot of SFI members, mostly who has been in the business for years, could help you on your queries and all and you can always use this to help your PSAs and CSAs too.
And with the three qualities I mentioned above i.e. ENCOURAGEMENT, PATIENCE and PERSEVERANCE, you can always be there for your PSAs and CSAs.
