As we all know our PSAs and CSAs success determines our level of success. Since this is the case the line of communication must always be open and functional.
In my view communication is determined by the level of activity within your team. If your members are active then regular communication is necessary let us say twice per week would be good. However, the rate of communication would also increase if particular members require some sort of assistance.
For Semi-active to non-active affiliates I believe weekly communications is sufficient. This would serve as a type of checking in/ motivational/informative correspondence (This of-course would also be sent to your active members.) if you may. As the gap between semi-active and non-active increases, periodic newsletter about the Team’s and SFI’s Successes would be sent to the seemingly non-active members with the hope that they eventually return to SFI and the Team. This way, it would not seem as if they are being bothered (forced) about returning and becoming active members. It would be somewhat of a courtesy correspondence.
Means of Communications
For active members, Team mails, personal mails, personal notes, chats using SFI messenger and any other medium to which team members agree will be beneficial.
For semi-active members Team mails and person mails in my opinion are ok. As their status changes so will the means of communication.
For non-active members I would prefer sticking with Team mails until they become active.
All the best!!
