The Great Team Leaders who have tens and thousands of downline affiliates under them do not do anything differently. They are not super beings. But they do the things truthfully and perfectly as SFI has outlined in the basic training.
With one year in SFI we may have a downline of one thousand affiliates and we moan and grumble that we have just four active ones. Those successful leaders might have gathered 10,000 affiliates, buy virtue of intense advertising, buying and winning; yet they too would have had just 40 active affiliates, had they not been striving to be ‘Awesome Sponsors’. The huge downline speaks of volumes of their years of experience, their persistence and truthfully and skilfully following the script of ’Duplication’ as detailed by SFI.
They have been motivating their downline, they have been inspiring their downline, they encourage them, assist them and nurture them. All in all they have shown themselves as shining and towering example of true leaders and roll models, not only for their team but also for the entire SFI community. Thus the leaders made leaders and leaders; thus they grew up huge downline.
