1. Motivate the PSAs and CSAs through weekly emails.
2. Use the social networking sites like Facebook, twitter and stay connect with them and help them to clarify the queries on a real time basis.
3. Followup with the emails to get to know each other better so that you can help them in a better way.
4. If you know PSAs or CSAs personally, it is better to discuss face to face or on phone or through Skype and motivate them.
5. You can also get in touch with the PSAs and CSAs when you find them online in SFI using SFI chat window. Since when they are online at that point of time, on line chat with them will certainly help them to get involved in SFI Business.
6. Also by sharing the phone numbers with PSAs and CSAs will help them to contact regularly and to have awareness about SFI business.
I would recommend to stay connect with all your PSAs and CSAs at least Every alternate days / and weekly once by team-mail.
