this is good question as the communication with the down line is key for the success .
best way to communicate is using the sfi messenger and team mails . this is the best way and a professional way we consider sfi as a business and for which we have to maintain some standards of professionalism . the better way is to avoid mailing the down line to their personal mails like gmail,yahoo,etc. this might irritate the person. at the initial stage a frequent communication like three to four mails a week is good as it is to know the welfare of the affiliate in terms of sfi work and make him to know the concepts of sfi and to train him to-wards the success. as their success is always our success and keep them on the track once the affiliate seems to be on track then avoid too much mailing and just keep motivating him weekly and support him for his success.
in my way either it is PSA or CSA it doesn't matter for us as he is a down line member and both will fetch us the success , so keep them motivating know their interest of communication methodology ..
