Upon getting a new PSA, I usually send a welcome message in which I explain how they can become an FastTrack and get 200 extra points which can be great for new affiliates. When they do the basic tasks, collect 500 points and catch those extra 200 points, I continue to give them guides how to suceed in E365 program and get many benefites like CSA's, VP's and so.
Guiding your PSA's and CSA's in early stage of them becoming SFI affiliates is important and in these early stages you can clearly see which of them will continue to work and progress in SFI.
