I also had to brainstorm this question before answering. I had a very similiar problem with my PSAs and CSAs they show little or no interest at all. We cannot live in a cacoon and forget about the seasons. I personally feel everybody wants to make a quick buck, that's true! I would too but it does not exist. With SFI the training before you earn your money is important
I just like to put forth if you don't know what you in this company then choose another company.PSAs and CSAs cannot be coerced because when they fill an application form to join there is no joining fee, no upfront fees and everything is self explanatory. Sometimes sending numerous emails and messages pays out in the end because success stories do come out from persistent mail. Carry on emailing your PSAs and CSAs and if luck is on your side you end up having a very successful affiliate reaching the top.
Never forget make a Beam in your Team and introduce and produce.
