There are several contacting ways in order to keep up with PSAs and CSAs.
1. Email
2. Team Mail
3. SFI Chat
4. Genealogy Mailer (PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer)
5. Skype
It is good to use all 5 contact methods above, so try to manage each of them. I personally use my email in order to contact my PSAs and CSAs. My affiliates would definitely respond back to me via email. All 5 of them definitely come in handy.
In regards to how often to keep in contact with them, I would say only keep in touch like 2 to 3 times a week. You don't want to overdo your notices by contacting them way to many times. So it's best to keep the contact at a minimum unless your PSAs and/or CSAs really need your help if they need something. It's always best to keep your contacts balanced out so you won't seemly be forcing your team to reach stuff in a pressured manner.
