my experience is the following: at least once a week, you get 30 VP for one teammail/week. whenever your downline has to ask something, whenever you discover something new and interesting in sfi or tripleclicks . always when you see your downline still needs help. and certainly in between times when your downline want to chat with you.
the best way for me is skype, if the downline want to skype. the next is teammail, or chat in sfi. if you speak the same language, also you can call with your downline.
