The system that SFI rewards you for is the best!
Send weekly letters to you whole team. (CSA's &PSA's). Use these to cover various sales techniques, SFI program functions, Standing Orders, stories from your own experience, etc.
Send short notes via Stream 3-4 times a week. Use these for inspirational quotes, leader recognition, contest reminders, short sales ideas, etc.
Personal notes via regular email. These are important especially for people who have not gotten into the habit of logging in every day. Also, you MUST use regular email if you suggest programs other than SFI to your team. I find that personal email asking questions about family, school, hobbies, and the like build relationships and strengthen your team. I try to send one personal email to my top twenty at least every other week - more if they are not logging in or have questions.
It is hard to figure out the balance of how many is enough or too much. I use the Stream a lot, as it is the least invasive, and only active members will see it. Team letters go to both the SFI and personal mail boxes, so your inactive folks get those. At the first of each month, I go through my genealogy and write a personal email to folks who started well in the past 90 days to find out if they have a specific reason for not working their business and reminding them that I am there to help. Alternatively, if I have a mover from their country, I will reassign them. (It might be a language problem)
I hope this helps!
