It is best to determine the level of interest of whom you are engaging in a conversation ranging from those who are very eager who are almost impatient to wait for your response down to those who never show any manifestation of interest to know what SFI can do best for their future.
In my experience, very eager affiliates are those as I told almost impatient to wait for your answer to their question or request of assistance. As much as possible do not leave a lull moment as it may trigger undesirable impression from such affiliate you are assisting.
Those who are once in a while contacting you may already have established how to work with their ownselves. You can send encouraging message to them also once in a while just to tell them that you are ready to support them anytime.
Those who never even pick any points, do not be bothered of them, just include them to your weekly mailing list. You may never know, one day, they may be contacting you and eagerly needing your assistance out from their restings.
This means you need to categorize them and best is to respond promptly to their request, which is the reason why SFI is encouraging us to check our SFI-connected accounts (Affiliate Center, TripleClicks Members Center, emails and team mails) as frequent as we can, since we cannot predict when and how our affiliates will contact us for their individual concerns.
