Well… I will say it is not that important to tell your PSAs to join Wave3 program, but the fact that it is another fun to play in SFI site. You can inform your PSAs this ways:
1. Tell him/her whether he/she has come across the word Wave3 in SFI programmes.
2. Tell him/her what he/she intends to gain from joining the program every month.
3. Send the link to him/her in case he/she didn’t know where to find it.
4. If the need arises you can as well send him/her $2 to enable him/her enrolled if he
has no money but told you that he desires to join.
