1. Team Mail: This method is fast and effective in staying contact with your PSAs?CSAs. When they log in, they can check and respond to your messages. It is also suited for contacting your PSAs/CSAs individually.
2. PSA Mailer/CSA Mailer: You can use these mailers specifically for sending messages correspondingly tailored to your PSAs or CSAs.
3. Genealogy Group Mailer: Use this method to send messages to your team. This means of communication is very effective in guiding your whole team, laying out the team's plans and goals.
4. SFIMG: Instant Messaging is good for instant conversation with your PSAs or CSAs. Their presence online is indicated through the yellow bubble.
5. Email: Copy of your messages from your Genealogy Group Mailer will also be sent to each of your team members. You can also send messages to each of your PSAs/CSAs emails.
Using these available methods to stay in contact with your downlines appropriately will help greatly in the process of building a team with close relationship. As a Team Leader, you can make a list of things necessary to promote duplication of leaders in your team. You can prioritize in your list, when to send the messages.
