Great question about leadership qualities that help to build large downline teams.
On a personal note, I am on my way to doing this so I can share what I have done thus far - I have invested time, energy, and some funds into Sbuilder Units, PSA recruitment services from our TripleClicks store, and advertise in different ways as what has been shared through Forum Posts and ASKSC and even information listed under our Reference tab SFI portal.
The most important of all is to be sure that as a leader of a down-line you keep improving your own qualities of engagement with team members so as to encourage them to grow their business too. As a leader, we become role models and coaches to others to use strategies that are helpful and healthy for everyone's SFI business for growth and sustainability.
it is important to be clear in your mind and business plan that you want to have an extensive team and that you are able to share this with your down-line members as well as share with them how your progress is doing.
The more transparent you are as a leader the more you have engaged team members wanting to help you as you help them.
Growth is not about what you spend, it truly is an outcome of your business practices and how you learn more skills and strategies that inform your business practice. The more proficient you become the easier it will be to share your skills, strategies and ideas on what works and what does not work.
Happy Growth to YOU!
