First of all, when you have a contact with your PSA or CSA for the first time, send them a welcome message. It should be brief, just a couple of sentences for introducing yourself as their sponsor and welcome them into your team.
The next day you can send a message explaining shortly how daily actions are important. Write down your e-mail where they can write about everything they need to know, always state that you will answer as soon as you can.
Weekly mails are important for tracking their results and VP ledger first,then write them your suggestions.
Step by step, think about important steps you will include into your weekly mails.Noone can do everything at once but explain your suggestions and the actions they should take. Always lead them by example,when suggesting something, show your badges or support that with the evidence that you did it,too.
Humans are very different,some of them will work without much help but some of them need constant support and time to learn how SFI system works.So, its not so important how exactly mails you send them but the fact that they know how much you carry about them, so, you are always there for your downline.
