Try to look at this from the perspective of the affiliate who is giving the low rating. Have you REALLY given unconditional support - or have you simply thrown out a few "good job, keep it going" kind of emails? Have you answered everyone's questions fairly quickly? Were they good answers, or did your answers just confuse them more? Have you shared your own experiences? You may have to dig really deep to find out the WHY of it, but if someone actually gave you a low score, they may have a reason for it.
Also, don't forget that mistakes can be made. I've actually hit the wrong button myself and given someone a "no" when I meant a "yes". If you honestly feel you have given top-notch advice and support to ALL of your affiliates, then you probably got the low score by mistake. Forget about it and move on.
On the other hand, if the low score could possibly be due to a lackluster, slow or incorrect responses to your affiliates then think of this as a teaching/learning situation. Figure out the why of it, correct the mistake and try not to let it happen again, then move on.
