First off, do not fall into the anger trap or start feeling sorry for yourself. It is more important to find out why you got the poor rating despite your efforts.
It could be something as simple as language. The PSA(s) in question might not be conversant in English and when they translate any communication you send to them, something might be getting lost and they could misunderstand what is being said. Some answers in the 'Ask SFI' section are proof of this, as not all translation tools are of the same quality.
There could also be the problem of the PSAs' expectations. They might expect something specific of you, or just something different from what you are offering. When there is a mismatch between what they want and what you give, this could translate to a poor rating.
Sometimes, you could be doing too much! Perhaps the PSAs prefer to be left to do things independently or prefer to communicate only at infrequent intervals, but you could be sending e-mails too often for their liking.
The important thing is to understand that you are doing nothing wrong, and neither are they. Communicate effectively, understand their needs and you will both be better off!
