well I guess what I would do and deal with my PSAs or CSAs who have rated me poorly despite my unconditional support and assistance will Beas follow:

Take everything that comes along with a pinch of salt and don't be too agitated nor carried away or disappointed over it as there could be so many variables and expectations and perspectives besides cultural differences background and the whole lot of it.

So I would still try my level best to offer support and assistance to those who are and remain receptive and open to it and are also willing to help themselves as the saying goes God helps those who help themselves
