Then,
1 - connect with them fast: The Welcome Letter within 1-2 hours of their joining.
Introduce your self, ask about them and their families, offer to help in any way and give them your phone number and personal email address.
2 - Second Letter 2 - 3 Hours after their joining introduce them to Fast Track (500 VP) first 24 ... offer a incentive, I offer a Splash Page $5.95 or a membership to Wave3 ($1.95)
3- Third, in a day or two tell them if they get 1500 VP in the first month, you will them a gift certificate when they sign up for a Standing Order for 100 TCredits. With these two actions, they will have become EAs for three months. Time enough for them to get the full understanding of SFI and have their loyalty invested. Also, you will have made all of your $30 investment back!
4 - Then log into your genealogy every day and watch the workers work toward the goals you have set for them. And cheer them on everyday ... remind them you are watching there progress offer help.
When I started, I received 287 PSA's from a co-op not one became an EA. Since I put the above strategy into practice with the next 40 PSAs. I have gotten 4 EAs & 2 EA2s.
