This is a very tough question. In my own opinion, we can shift from quantity to quality with our sign-ups by doing the traditional Multi-Level Marketing way of sponsoring affiliates. We will do the one on one presentation ( discuss the co., who's behind the co., compensation and benefits, ways to sponsor, answering objections, observing prospects' reaction and closing the sales) and after the presentation, you'll do the meeting after meeting ( discussing to be humble by having a good learning attitude, prepare discouragement by telling them in advance that not all prospects will join and so many negative comments against the business and the company)
However, after sign up still there's no assurance that they will stay forever until they succeed. Even how committed a person upon your sales presentation and for the first week or month, still there are affiliates who will quit because it is the characteristic of a losers/quitters.
I would suggest that go wide fast, sponsor as many affiliates as you can and after, you filter them. Guide/support those whom do you think the dreamers. These are the affiliates whose commitment is "WHATEVER IT TAKES" they will do the business until all their down the line affiliates will succeed. Select 5 or 6 affiliates to be your front liner and assign your other affiliates under them. Hope this helps
