This question has alway been my issue, i too am concerned. However ive learnt, that initially u ll have to go for quantity, as u ll need that space and time to learn each of your members before u can select or identify " The serious n focused people". This will be reflected in your geneology , which will give the picture of the quality each member has. Here u must highly encourage your active members by sending mails or encouragement and assuring that u ll help them the best when need arises, once they get this confidence they get going fearlessly, and who knows u may hit the gold. But that should not at all mean u ignore the rest, keep encouraging them too, they may wake up some time n show wonders.
All in all be the best sponsor and team leader, after all its our business and in business u may get good partners as well as inactive ones.
