My first response is to contact the Affiliate and ask for clarification of their concerns and/or questions. I then address those concerns and/or questions to the best of my ability. If the Affiliate continues to rate me poorly I'll be honest in that I no longer pay attention to their ratings. If we, as Affiliates, want to be successful we must stay focused on producing results. I hate to say it, but I move on! I've learned the hard way, over decades of experience, that if you don't move on you "will" go backwards. The challenge is that you can't be everything to everyone as there's not enough hours in the day. Do the best you can and always do what's right, but keep moving forward. Hint: Develop your own lead system to keep new Affiliates coming into your group.
