In any business , as in SFI, we have no yardsticks to QUANTIFY. We don't know the quality of of a person and need some time to decide. In MLMs, where recruitment is purely personal - i.e., we talk to the person before recruiting,- You can see the person,gauge his reactions, try to know whether he has appetite for that business etc.(Even after all the above people fail to come upto our expectations and do business) But in our business - SFI- it is very difficult because it is online- mostly. So you don't know ,unless you are doing it traditionally- by talking to the person and recruiting him.
As we can see everyday "thousands" join but "hundreds" remain. We have to live with that and work.But here we have a choice. We can concentrate on people who are really interested in this business(QUALITY)and Continue to work with these WORKERS only .Yes we will continue to send our mails to rest of the people,with the hope that we can get them to work some time in future.
