First, I assume that such an affiliate has expressed his/her feelings on this, so the communication door is open. Take time to assess the affiliates profile to get a better feel of this person as an individual and also, of course, ask them why they feel this way. Then help them work out a possible solution to assist them. For example, if they can't get that first PSA (active or not), add them to your co-op for free or assign them one of your PSAs (preferably an active one if you have one to spare). If they have trouble reaching/staying EA, try an help them work out a solution that is affordable and practicable for both them and even you. Perhaps a few TCredits or a small Gift Certificate for you is needed. Do they need to be doing more advertising? Send them reference to sites that are free listing. Explain the importance of advertising daily to grow their down-line. Whatever the reason for an affiliate feeling this way, a solution can be found. Hope this helps!
