I would tell them where the company is located and how long they have been running in business. I would tell them that the BBB is a company that does research on all different business companies and that they wouldn't rate good ratings to legit businesses if the business itself was scamming people of their money.
I would also tell them to read the comments about what others are saying about this business. Sometimes reviews may be a good or bad thing, but this business is good after I have tried it and experienced it myself.
I would explain to them what SFI and TripleClicks is as well as your stories about how you have managed to do in this business. Even show them your badges and success that you have had so far in this business. When they see that you've taken action in this business, they might and will want to take action here to do the same things you just did too plus maybe more things that they end up finding interesting.
