Very relevant question because more than half of those who really want to earn in SFI are feeling discouraged because they are getting nowhere with SFI.
In I follow two principle in giving advice to my affiliates.
1. Concentrate on the two main success factors. Affiliates and personally earned VP. Finding affiliates is number 1 in my list and agenda when I am mentoring. I discuss with them how find affiliates both paid and free. Without affiliates it's quite impossible to succeed here at SFI. Number two is they should balance their personally earned VP with the activities of their found affiliates. Do not push them to have more VP's but don't have affiliates. They will end up spending rather than earning.
2. I always tell them the realities and realistic expectations. Like, only 1 to 5 percent of your recruited affiliates from the internet will become active. That SFI is a real business that they are expected to invest either from their own pocket or from their earnings. and many other realities of internet marketing. When they know exactly the realities and decided to proceed, they usually have sense of direction and will be highly motivated. They will also know when to stop.
