SFI is designed for any affiliate to discover his/her potential to achieve his dreams and goals. Our interaction in dealing with each other whether we are in a team or affiliates alike will determine what kind of environment and atmosphere we are portraying in the SFI community and on the online /offline world.
How do you relate yourself to your affiliates, despite your unconditional support will rate you poorly? Consider the following points:
1. Being a Team Leader/Co-Sponsor, don’t get irritated because of the poor rating but politely send a message and ask for clarification that caused your affiliates to rate you poorly.
2. Focus on your responsibility of being an awesome sponsor.
3. Look at the poor rating as a learning experience to improve your leadership. It might be something that you can’t see and only by addressing the matter will help your dealings with your team move up to a higher level, earning you respect and will build close relationship in your team.
4. Be sensitive to their needs. The rating is a feedback on how you can improve your service. If you want loyalty to your customers then create a value for your team.
