It is difficult to separate the two quantity and quality in SFI because depending on the goals you have set you need both. While it is true you may have 100s who may have signed up and do nothing, imagine if they all were to do something the impact that could have on your business.
To answer you question in a more direct way, to move from quantity to quality would need to start with you, you ought to be enthusiastic about SFI, develop a passion for it that makes it difficult for you to be separated from it, you must be educated in SFI, we know knowledge is power and without knowledge of what you are doing you will not be able to help your affiliates who at the beginning can be very reliant on you and lastly, you must be an enduring individual, one who is patient but optimistic. In that way you would have the right approach to the business and be able to target the right people to be part of your team presenting to them, the business that is reputable (Maybe you can say if it wasn't you would not be associated with it) the benefits are tremendous.
