"It is the quality of our work which will please God and not the quantity."-Mahatma Gandhi
I want to change the above quote slightly, like: 'It's the quality of our sign-ups which will help us and not the quantity.'
If you recruit hundreds of affiliates each day without concentrate on the vital aspects of quality, it may leads to a disaster. Because ultimately quality of the affiliates that matter.......
What's the use of thousands of non-responsive, inactive affiliates in your team? People following these type of recruiting methods believe that 1 out of 100 works. That may be true. But I think concentrate on the quality of the sign-ups that help us ultimately. Because if you have a strong foundation, then you can build or rebuild anything on it. But if you've got a weak foundation that leads to destruction and disaster; sooner or later.
If you concentrate on the quality side you can build a strong team. You can direct your energy and resources for the betterment of your team easily. For this, you need to change your recruiting method from buying leads or paid sign-ups to one-on-one, direct recruitment. So you can assess the quality of the sign-ups upfront. More than that, this method of recruitment builds a strong bond between you and your PSA. You get to know his or her strong and weak points, their limitations and resources, etc. and help them out easily. Moreover, there is frequent communication between you and your recruits. One-on-one, personal recruiting method is a time consuming one but, the results are great.
