To be honest with you there is LOTS and LOTS of proof of Affiliates who are making it here at SFI so for one to say they are getting Nowhere with SFI is quite a BIG Surprise and shock to me.
It is feels so wrong for one to say they are getting nowhere at something. Common! Even seating and doing nothing is still doing something in the reverse direction. You lose your time.
Personally I believe it's wrong for one to say they are getting NOWHERE here at SFI. I think saying that you are getting nowhere is a very BAD excuse not to face up to your challenge and over come it or give something a try. You just can't be STATIC and do nothing and expect things to work out. You gotta keep moving and Favor favors the BOLD.
There are two scenarios or ways on how to deal with this situation.
SCENARIO 1
1. If your Affiliate is for some reason or another overwhelmed by so much information BUT is willing to learn and WORK their business long term, then I would suggest you consider it your duty to TEACH and MENTOR them using the awesome sponsor tips outlined in SFI i.e
Going through the launch pad lessons
Going through the Basics
Logging in Daily and getting their tasks done
Teaching and showing them how to advertise on Free ad sites
Running coops
Offering Incentives and gift Certs
Running Team Contests
Showing them the "Success has rules Tips and guidelines"
Sending TM messages regularly to them
Opening up your clear lines of communication and offering a genuine helping hand plus many other awesome sponsor tips that I can't name all here. I believe when you do that they will get motivated to work harder.
SCENARIO 2
2. If your Affiliate truly believes they are getting nowhere with SFI which I don't believe is true after you have done all of the above great sponsor tips and more, they are probably tire kickers looking for some get rich quick shiny object. How do you deal with them
Get real with them and politely tell them SFI is not a ONE TIME HIT WONDER fly by night type of business. It's a REAL business and takes time to build.
It's a numbers game and the laws of average are in full force here. Gery the SFI president himself said it. WORK WITH THE WORKERS!
Here's a quote from Success rule no. 4
"Way too many people focus on QUANTITY. They sponsor dozens, even hundreds of affiliates–which is great–but it is ultimately QUALITY that is the real key. Once you've found or developed 3-5 topnotch affiliates, you're going to see a lot of great things happen with your commission check."
How do you develop quality affiliates? It's real simple: WORK WITH THE WORKERS!
In conclusion you should learn to value your time as your best asset. If someone is truly seeking financial FREEDOM and is willing to work their business like you, Work with them and give ALL of your support like your future depended on them BUT if they feel they can't do it after you have done all you can to help them they are right and you should let them be. VALUE YOUR TIME!
