The best way would be to "Preach what we practice". For the affiliates to treat this as a serious business would be to make sure that we tell them our experiences and most important be open about "what has not worked" more than "what has worked".
We, ourselves, need to be positive and believe that all the associates are here to make their lives better. That's a starting point. Having done that it becomes easier to to deal with associates who are serious and who are not. We are in an online business and obviously the approach has to be different than the conventional one's. I for one believe that we shall have to show the end 2 end capabilities of SFI to show the sheer size of the business and opportunity it provides people to succeed. You may want to ask the following questions and also show the affiliates what SFI provides as an answer:
1. Is the organization stable? - Absolutely. 14 years of successful run with continuous evolution and growth and many success stories.
2. Do I need to invest? - Literally no investment to start a business But invest progressively depending upon your propensity to grow.
3. What if I fail? - SFI has created so much of support material and all of them are tried and tested for success. Additionally, the forum is so strong you literally can reach out to anybody for help.
4. Do I make money from day 1? = Well no. Nobody in this world provides charity. You put in your effort , follow the rules, work hard, think different. You are bound to succeed. Success comes only to those who work for it with dedication, determination and hard work.
There are many more things we could highlight for the associates to take this business seriously. Bottom-line - If your intention is to become an entrepreneur, independent, taking control of your life, make your own decision - "SFI is the place to be in". Work hard, live easy, enjoy life and most importantly "hold your head high".
