This is, I think, the most fundamental question in SFI.Whenever you get PSA/CSA you must explain them that this is just like any other job- you must work on a regulr basis and, just like in any other job, you need time and dedication in order to succeed.
"Patience is allowing time to run its course and allowing people, including ourselves, to work and grow at our own pace. Patience moves our minds away from frustrations, expectations or “shoulds” and aligns us with reality. When we are patient, our energy is available to make good things happen."
That's what you should tell to every PSA/CSA.Then you should try to explain them the necessity of reading, talking to as many other members as possible, basically- exploring SFI.
