Do what you say you will do. If you are running a contest, make sure that you give the prize as soon as you know who has won. Be a person of integrity.
Do what is right, even if it means a cost to you. Being this way will always come back to you and in ways you won't even expect.
Don't be afraid to go upline with questions and let your team know this as well because you won't have all the answers and this sets the tone for your team to come to you with questions. This also edifies your upline and gives respect.
Treat your affiliates the way you want to be treated, like a friend and equal. Your affiliates may have ideas and thoughts that you don't and possibly these can be implemented if they comply with SFI rules.
Be yourself. If you pretend to be something you are not, it will become apparent; if not right away, but sometime down the road.
Forgive yourself for the mistakes you make and move on. You are human and so is everyone else. This also makes it easier to forgive others and live in harmony.
Have a good attitude, have fun, and let your enthusiasm roll! It will be contagious and go downline. You will have an awesome team that wants to be with you and work with you.
