When you become a team leader, you should lead by example. Your team (PSAs & CSAs) should feel that you are there to help them at any time for any clarification. A leader’s success or failure is completely dependent on his team’s success or failure. So to be successful as a leader you should teach them how to become successful with all your knowledge, skills, guiding them to use different tools, trainings available with SFI. You need to communicate with your team on regular basis.
On top of that you should be trustworthy. Trust is very vital in this business because no one wants to have a team leader who is not true to his word.
