To be a team leader in the SFI business in addition for the qualification in terms of VP points are:
1. As a team leader you need to maintained your Leadership page ever so often.
2. You need to be in regular communication with both your PSA and CSA helping them to develop a successful business.
3. As a team leader you need to lead by example in all aspects of the SFI business.
4. As a team leader you need to have a good mentor in the SFI business, this could be either your sponsor or co-sponsor. This could also be anyone in the upline sponsoring team.

In order to be a good leader you have to be a good follower.
