Some ECA's find it very difficult to list their products and that's the reasons why they haven't listed their products. You need to make a contact with them and encourage them strongly to do so and make them aware that you are ready to assist if they need any of your assistance.
Tell them the importance of listing their products and the benefits of doing so. Most ECA's are loosing out a big time by not listing their products. "You may be having a rare diamond that everyone is looking for" so my message of encouragement to everyone is to list their products or services as soon ad possible.
