What is expected of not only you but also every affiliate, like the rest of us, is to lead by example. A leader is someone who leads and not someone who follows or simply watches. A leader’s actions speak louder than his or her words. The following are just some of the expectations:
1. Personal Integrity.
2. Demonstrate duplication.
3. Respect for your downline.
4. Discipline and ability to take full responsibility for your words and actions.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with your downline.
6. Demonstrate that you are a servant to them and not a master (for example don’t force but rather encourage them to set up a standing order – because not every one can!).
