You can distribute these articles to article directories and have those articles link back to your blog or your gateway.
Having your own site means you have your own "billboard," per say, where you can place banner ads or small text ads for your visitors to see and click on.
And finally, you can use your blog to keep your downline informed about new things you're trying that are working.
I've found that maintaining a blog really does help increase the exposure of your business. And you can write about your experience with SFI and TC and have people outside of SFI learn more through your articles.
