The answer really lies in the two words, Team Leader. Without a Leader, you simply don't have a Team, someone needs to guide them, someone needs to send them in the right direction, and be there for support at all times. So as a Team Leader you need to step up to the plate, give your team the help and guidance they need to get them motivated enough to reach their goals, to turn SFI into their business, and to be successful just like we are all trying to be.
And you don't have to have any special skills,as SFI provides all the necessary training and guidelines on how to be an awesome sponsor. So all you really need to do is learn your way around the SFI site, read all the guidance tips and then simply apply them to your team. If you take the time to mentor and guide your team, you will reap the benefits later. If you don't, then your SFI business will not be successful, it is as simple as that.
