Attention is now directed to those you lead. They are looking to you for the very same things that you were seeking from your leaders. They want to know what they need to do in order to generate an income. I suggest the following:
*BE THE MODEL - Everything that you recommend to your affiliates should be something that you are doing yourself.
*RESPECT YOUR AFFILIATES - Yes, they are your "recruits", but they are NOT your employees. Just like you, they are seeking to build a successful business.
*COMMUNICATE - Be available to questions, and provide tips from the things that you have learned that will help them reach their goals (that's how you reach YOUR goal).
*ENCOURAGE - We all need encouragement. Most of us can endure a lot more when we know that their IS a successful ending if we keep moving.
