I think we have all tried to find a solution to this question. The fact remains that we will all always have some inactive CSAs regardless of our efforts.
I usually send the a personal email introducing myself as their new sponsor/team leader and welcome them as a new member to our team.
I offer to assist them in whatever way they need help to become active again and also asked why they became inactive. If they do reply to my email this gives me a foothold (so to speak), of reviving their interest in SFI and Triple Clicks. If I don't receive any answering email, I simply just send them my usual weekly news letter and don't waste my time trying to convince them any further, but rather spend more time with team member that are willing to work, to achieve success.
