Hello Evrad
A good question, especially if you have not been with SFI for very long.
The best practical advice I can offer is to lead by example.
Always be honest with your team members.
Never leave a team member hanging, if you don't know the answer to a question, ask your sponsor or look for the answer in all the available information.
Check your genealogy tab every day and acknowledge all team members achievements, individually, no matter how small. Also share your achievements with them.
Stay in constant communication with your upline and downline.
Keep your leadership page up to date.
When you learn something new, share this with them also.
Send your team members a personal email ever so often, as it shows that you do care.
Last but not least, always offer your help and understanding.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Warm regards
