The second thing you must remember is that these VP come from your completion of tasks and from the achievements of your personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs).
By being an encouragement to your affiliates and showing them, by your actions and your badges that you are achieving those ranks, you are becoming a good Team Leader. Keeping the lines of communication open and teaching your affiliates how to duplicate your efforts is the key. Congratulating them on achievements, however small, is a real booster. Remember, don't despise the day of small things.
