*Access to a computer. ETC. ETC.
Now in these picture comes your skill to communicate. You have to show and prove that success is very achievable in SFI, that like every business in the real world, you have to invest TIME AND MONEY to make money.
Group mail the inactive ones in your genealogy (once an week) with 1 or 2 TIPS per email which are so duable. Mail them some quick guides to do things, keep it simple.
Emphasize that you are always an E-mail away to support and help them in anyway. Keep motivating them that SFI is the DREAM AND VISION to success in life and be financially independent.
Try and make them imagine how it feels when you don't have to worry about where money is coming from.
