I think that you should do with them the same thing you do with everybody.
You should send them weekly CSA mailer, and try to reach them through it.
Some people need more time to get started, and to get convinced that this is
legitamate business and not a froud. Some people are scared and confused.
So you should explain everthing that is important about this job
in your weekly letters, and by that letters of support try to activate them.
They will also recieve a letters from their sponsor, so in that way
you'll have twice as much chance that they will start to work, eventually.
