For a starters Log in daily,do To-Do-List and all that the red tab requires you to do and most importantly check out on your genealogy daily to see the progress your PSA's and CSA's are making encourage them. Cheer those who are progressing and give them tips and reminders.
In general be a good example what you want your team to do you do yourself.
Have a positive outlook that you are going to be successful and set goals to achieve your success. Believe in yourself do not quit. So will your team do.
You will learn as you progress in this business so will your team.
Be there for them always answer their questions when they ask and ask them if they need your help and if they do, help them but if you can not, tell them you will get back to them. You can get help from your upline or support center. Get back to them as soon as possible.
