Being a Team Leader you have a great responsibility to your affiliates.
What are the expectations of being a Team Leader?
- Build a team that promotes teamwork. This is a big challenge for a Team Leader. You must learn other people-their ideas, interests, viewpoints- so that you can do a better job in serving them Your sponsored affiliates are from different nationalities.
- Establish close relationship within your team. Create a good attitude in working with them. Attitudes do make the difference. When your attitude is right, your abilities reach a maximum of effectiveness and good results inevitably follow.
- Maintain your good working ethics with your downlines. This includes consistency in logging in, sending support messages regularly, being prompt in answering questions of your downlines etc.
- Get inform on the situation of your affiliates in doing their To-Do List or whatever challenges they are facing with SFI and offer, show your full support in overcoming those challenges. Don't forget your PSAs/CSAs who are inactive.
If you create a trust atmosphere within your team, only then they will remain committed and be loyal to you as their Team Leader.
