The following may help you to become a successful Team Leader:
Act-
Which means you must act as a Team Leader don’t think of yourself, think about the success of the whole team. You’ll need knowledge to answer questions from the members of your team. If you are new and you feel you don’t have enough knowledge to answer their questions then acts as a bridge to the unpline team leaders between your team. They will surely help you. Or you may also direct them to the support, ASK SC, and Forum, but remember you must have at least 100 forum badge.
Lead-
You must lead; do what you are supposed to do as leader. Don’t just tell them what they must do when in yourself you have hard time to do it what you want them to do. When it comes to badges be an example to them. Give them chance to contact you and share to you what their thoughts so that your team can create great strategy to succeed.
Motivate-
Motivate them always. You may set a contest for your team or a different motivation idea depending on what you have. You know what I mean…
Achieve-
When you set goals for the team, let all the members be a partner and achieve it with their help.
Reward-
Always remember that you are a leader, although you have your own personal goals in your business. But you have a team to lead, and remember that you can’t achieve those goals without them. So let all the members have the merits, reward them equally.
Duplication-
Lastly don’t forget duplication, let them duplicate you. I presume that all of us here know already how to do it. If not then read again SFI Rules of Success.
